I attended a course recently – Handling Difficult People & Conflict – in London run by Dani . I really liked her style of course leadership. She started the day by asking everyone on the course what they wanted to get out of it and just after the lunch break she returned to this list to make sure everyone’s objectives had been met and if they hadn’t how she would meet them e.g. a discussion in the afternoon. The day flew by as there was so much to cover on this course. We had a really diverse attendance and Dani gave everyone chance to express themselves. I have rarely felt so encouraged by a course and taken so much away from a course and I felt so much more happy with the situations I have to deal with and how to make things a lot better for everyone. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dani to anyone.

I recently attended a 2-day Managing and Coaching Your Customer Services Team Course run by Dani and it was a fantastic and informative experience. Dani quickly put everyone at ease and skilfully adapted the course content to incorporate the specific requirements of each client. The sessions were vibrant, well-paced, interactive, engaging, relevant and effective. Excellent course. Dani is an extremely able trainer who is accommodating but forthright. She has well-researched teaching materials, very enjoyable learning exercises and covers all of the necessary ground in good time, also linking the subject of minute-taking to other relevant fields.
